Computer Generated Animations

Red ball Red's Nightmare [MPEG1-V: 320x240 pixels, 1210 frames, 3.5 MB]
Really funny computer generated animation of a red unicycle (a parody of the Academy Award winning animation Red's Dream by P·I·X·A·R) made in 1993 by IMMD IV at the Friedrich Alexander Universität, Erlangen-Nürnberg, Germany.

Green ball Jugit [MPEG1-V: 224x336 pixels, 200 frames, 651 KB]
A ray-traced animation by Dave Blumenthal and Tom Rutledge of a machine juggling 5 smaller machines, each of which does likewise. Set your MPEG player to loop and you will get the «fractal feeling» of this little gem.

Blue ball Paolo's 5 Ball Cascade [MPEG1-V: 128x240 pixels, 140 frames, 253 KB]
Two hands doing a 5 ball reverse cascade by Paolo Cignoni. No recursiveness here, but this neat animation, which is great for understanding how a 5 ball (reverse) cascade goes, is also meant to be played in «loop mode».

Cyan ball Funky baby [MPEG1-V: 320x240 pixels, 244 frames, 1.1 MB]
Black and white,
Red and green,
The funkiest baby
You've ever seen!

Magenta ball Drunk baby [MPEG1-V: 192x144 pixels, 175 frames, 993 KB]
Funky baby misbehaves.

Yellow ball Kung-foo baby [MPEG1-S: 160x112 pixels, 1178 frames, 4.1 MB]
Kicking baby. This one has sound -- although it probably shouldn't...

Black ball Alien song [MPEG1-S: 320x240 pixels, 1024 frames, 3.1 MB]
This one could be entitled «Priscilla, queen of the aliens», or «YAVIWS: Yet Another Version of `I Will Survive'» (yep, that's the soundtrack!). Very, very good...

Green ball Black on White morphing [MPEG1-V: 160x120 pixels, 557 frames, 708 KB]

Magenta ball Tilborg ad [MPEG1-S: 320x240 pixels, 2004 frames, 4.8 MB]
A Danish beer commercial (with sound) -- great, although rather big...

Yellow ball Karate-Center Shintai ad [MPEG1-S: 352x240 pixels, 285 frames, 536 KB]
A surprising commercial (with sound) from a German company -- this keeps getting better and better!!

Black ball Bad day [MPEG1-S: 176x120 pixels, 797 frames, 416 KB]
Oh, man, what a day! -- you have to see this one!!!
